Zurich/Sion - The Swiss Power-to-X Collaborative Innovation Network (SPIN) becomes a NewsPool partner of Clean Growth & Impact, the swisstrade.com based newsletter on cleantech and sustainability powered by CleantechAlps. SPIN brings together many of the players active in Power-to-X in Switzerland.

Power-to-X is a key technology for climate-neutral mobility and the expansion of renewable energy production. It allows renewable energy to be chemically stored in energy carriers such as gas, liquids and heat.

The Swiss Power-to-X Collaborative Innovation Network (SPIN) aims to promote the exchange of information between players active in the field and to facilitate the creation of suitable framework conditions in Switzerland. Among its more than 50 members are energy companies such as Axpo and EKZ, manufacturers such as Burckhardt Compression and Pilatus, successful start-ups such as Climeworks and Synhelion, mobility providers such as AMAG and Swiss, and research institutions such as the ETH Zurich and the EPFL Energy Center. SPIN organizes together with Anergy and Swissem the Power-to-X days in Schlieren in November.

SPIN becomes the first NewsPool partner of Clean Growth & Impact, the swisstrade.com-based newsletter dedicated to cleantech and sustainability in Switzerland. Clean Growth & Impact was launched in November 2024. The monthly newsletter provides an overview in English of what is happening in Switzerland in the field of sustainable economy.

Clean Growth & Impact is powered by CleantechAlps. Founded in 2010, CleantechAlps’ mission is to raise the profile of Western Switzerland as a center of excellence in the sustainability and clean technologies sector, and to promote the sustainable economy in the cantons of Berne, Fribourg, Geneva, Jura, Neuchâtel, Vaud and Valais.
