SUSI Partners invests in renewables in the Phillipines

Zug/Singapore - SUSI Partners has signed an agreement with the Singapore-based project developer Alba Renewables. Under the terms of the agreement, the investment manager from Zug will support the development of a platform for renewable energy production in the Philippines.

SUSI Partners is supporting the development of a regional platform for energy production from renewable sources with a focus on the Philippines. SUSI Partners has concluded an investment agreement with the project developer Alba Renewables (Alba), according to a statement from the Zug-based investment manager. Under the terms of the agreement, SUSI Partners will focus on funding the construction of designated projects over the next 24 months through the SUSI Asia Energy Transition Fund. Through the partnership with SUSI Partners, Alba can also expand its development and operational capacities.

SUSI Partners is confident that the partnership with Alba will accelerate the capital deployment of the SUSI Asia Energy Transition Fund. A strong project pipeline prompted a reopening of the fund until September 2024. The fund currently conists of six investments focussing on the energy transition in Asia. ce/hs
