Deitingen - The solar roof system 'Level' developed by Megasol has been certified with the highest hail protection class 5. As such, the system has demonstrated its capacity to prevent roof damage in the event of heavy hail. With its development, the company is taking increasingly extreme weather conditions into account.

Deitingen - Megasol is using its Nicer X rapid assembly system to transform parking spaces into charging stations for electric cars. The internationally active solar manufacturer has now installed the system at its own parking lot at the company headquarters. Known as the ‘Wingport’, the system has also impressed the German firm Mojen Solar GmbH.

Deitingen - Megasol, located in the canton of Solothurn, is massively expanding exports of its overlapping solar roofing to Europe. The company’s new production capacities are enabling it to eliminate waiting times for the system, which covers the entire roof without the need for frames and can be quickly mounted. It can withstand even large hailstones.

Deitingen/Zurich - Megasol Energie AG has been named as the winner of the Export Award 2023 presented by Switzerland Global Enterprise. The export share of the manufacturer of solar modules and smart installation systems now stands at 85 percent. Dagsmejan and Stratron also made the final.
