On 20 February, Comlux will present the first cabin for the Airbus-Bizjet ACJ TwoTwenty. The unveiling of the luxury interior will take place on the grounds of Comlux's cabin design and equipment business unit, Comlux Completion, which was established in Indianapolis in 2012. According to a statement, the facility is the only fully integrated finishing center in the world.
Comlux is a long-standing Airbus partner, equipment supplier, service provider and operator of exclusive business aircraft. Richard Gaona, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Comlux, and Daron Dryer, CEO of Comlux Completion, will present "the most advanced and technologically equipped aircraft cabins ever designed” at the event. The cabin measures 73 square meters and is divided into six sections.
The first fully finished ACJ TwoTwenty will be presented to the owner, Dubai-based FIVE Hotels and Resorts. Airbus is keeping the price under wraps, according to the trade magazine "Flugrevue", but there is talk of around 70 million dollars. The magazine adds that Comlux is the exclusive partner for the first 15 interior completions, which will take place at its Center of Excellence in Indianapolis.
Aloki Batra, CEO of FIVE Hospitality, said that the cabin “reflects FIVE's signature deluxe design styling and provides an elevated and elite customer journey”. FIVE operates FIVE Palm Jumeirah and FIVE Jumeirah Village in Dubai, as well as FIVE Zurich, with 45 luxury suites and 42 lifestyle rooms. mm
