Chur - esave offers the products that allow cities, municipalities and companies to make the switch from conventional lighting solutions to LED technology. This helps to reduce energy consumption, light emissions and maintenance costs. Additional sensors integrated in esave lights also serve to measure air pollution and noise.

Esave offers smart lighting solutions, with the company’s team providing expertise and consulting in relation to the development of smart cities. Moreover, the products developed by the Chur-based company are also used by businesses. Esave will be exhibiting at Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week from April 16 to 18.

The mission of esave is to support the switch from conventional lighting infrastructure to cost-efficient LED technology. “We aim not only to reduce energy consumption and unnecessary light emissions, but also to minimize infrastructure and maintenance costs”, as the company explains.

The products developed by esave provide standard light at all times, whenever it might be required. For example, the dimming up functionality of the Lix.One is only activated when the motion sensor detects people, vehicles or bicycles. In addition to dimming control and radio networking, this enhances efficiency and safety.

The light by the name of Biological Red combines safety with biodiversity protection for particularly sensitive areas, set to the environment’s natural rhythm. The smart street lighting control SLC-Enviro203-C also features an integrated sensor to measure air quality. This monitors parameters such as particulate matter, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and odors, nitrogen oxide (NOx), humidity and temperature.

The SLC-Noise203-C actively controls environmental noise. The relevant sensor allows minimum and maximum noise levels to be tracked, while noise level thresholds can be defined to initiate automated actions. “At esave, we believe that our ability to offer efficient, sustainable and smart lighting solutions is the key to success for our customers”, comments CEO Rico Kramer. ce/mm
