Stabio/Dubai - The Dubai-based real estate development firm MAG is expanding to Switzerland with its luxury Keturah concept: In partnership with the Ticino-based A++ Group, MAG is currently developing the Stabio Garden Living by Keturah project, which features 180 residential units across 14 buildings at a cost of 185 million Swiss francs.

MAG is set to realize its first international project in Switzerland. In the municipality of Stabio, located in the district of Mendrisio in the canton of Ticino, the luxury real estate developer from Dubai has drawn up plans for the Stabio Garden Living by Keturah project. For this, MAG is working with the global A++ Group, based in Massagno in the canton of Ticino, which MAG describes in a press release as a “recognized leader in real estate design and development”.

The project, which comes at an estimated cost of 185 million Swiss francs, will include 180 residential units in 14 Minergie-standard buildings. The complex will also include a fitness area, kid’s playground and co-working spaces. It is expected to be completed in 2026.

“We are merging our extensive experience in engineering and real estate with the group's excellence in design and development and are confident that this collaboration will yield remarkable results and innovative solutions to elevate the lifestyle of residents and redefine the real estate sector globally”, comments Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah, CEO of MAG Lifestyle Development, in the press release.

The new Keturah project comes on the back of the successful launch of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside, which form part of the Keturah Resort, the Keturah Reserve luxury residential complex and the soon-to-be-launched Keturah Downtown developments, all of which are located in Dubai. ce/mm
