Dubai - The proptech firm Realiste, which develops personal Artificial Intelligence (AI) for real estate investors, recently surpassed 100 cities on its platform. Five Swiss cities have also recently been added to the platform.

The Dubai-based proptech firm Realiste has integrated five Swiss cities in its global online platform. According to the company’s press release, Realiste is aiming to digitize the real estate market of the world’s most important cities on a global scale, which in turn should make analyses and transactions easier for investors.

“We’ve just added Tel Aviv and five new cities in Switzerland to our platform”, comments founder and CEO Alex Galtin in the press release. In so doing, the company has “hit the grand milestone of 100 cities” on its global map. Realiste recently added the cities of Bern, Geneva, Lausanne, Lucerne and Zurich to its global real estate price index.

According to information from Realiste itself, which specializes in real estate solutions developed to harness the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the company has grown exponentially over the past ten months. Having started 2023 with just ten cities, the platform now has more than 100 before the end of the year. Users now have the option to view data on residential properties around the world via the Realiste platform, with Realiste opting to focus its growth on real estate strongholds and established markets.

For now, users can only book apartments in Dubai and Bali directly via the platform. However, the company is optimistic about further developments to its platform, with the ultimate aim being to create the first completely online real estate experience. ce/mm
