SoftwareOne acquires Canadian IT consultancy firm Beniva

SoftwareOne, a global provider of end-to-end software and cloud technology solutions based in Stans in the canton of Nidwalden, has announced its acquisition of Beniva Consulting Group Inc. and its team of around 80 staff. According to a press release, the acquisition will add deep process automation and service management specialization to SoftwareOne’s existing market-leading IT Asset Management (ITAM) services. Financial details have not been disclosed.

The Nidwalden company employs around 9,000 members of staff. According to the press release, it has a portfolio of 7,500 software brands with sales and delivery capabilities in 90 countries.

Beniva operates in Canada and the U.S. and is headquartered in Calgary, in the Canadian province of Alberta. As an Elite ServiceNow partner, the company specializes in providing end-to-end professional services to clients seeking to leverage ServiceNow, a provider of workflow and cloud solutions.
