Schlieren-based innovation service provider Zühlke has issued a press release announcing its new global structure as of January 1, 2024. This development has divided the Zühlke Group into two regions: Asia Pacific (APAC) and Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). To correspond to this regional division, the company has appointed two Regional Executive Boards. By restructuring in this way, it aims to better support its local and international clients and further drive sales growth.
Nicolas Durville, who was previously Zühlke’s CEO in Switzerland, is now CEO for EMEA and member of the global Group Executive Board. “We are confident that this step will enable us to further strengthen our global focus and cooperation, while retaining our strong local presence and roots,” he says. “Our clients, employees and partners will benefit from this.”
As part of the structural changes, the priority sectors of Banking and Insurance (Financial Services Industry), Cross Markets, Health and Industry and Consumer Products will have new leadership teams at both global and regional level. According to the press release, Thomas Memmel, who was previously a member of the Executive Boards in Switzerland and Germany, now has global responsibility for the Financial Services Industry and is a new member of the Global Executive Board.
Mario Schmuziger is the new Regional Managing Director for Industry and Consumer Products, which is organized at EMEA level. Angela Bishop becomes Head of Cross Markets EMEA. The company says that it is currently in the process of recruiting the Group Chief Healthcare Industry Officer. ce/gba
